What we did
For the second year running, the two-week ADP Vibe Fest was held at the Abu Dhabi Plaza shopping center. While it was important to uphold this beloved summer tradition, we also aimed to introduce a fresh concept that would drive a new wave of visitors.
-
1. We developed and enhanced two summer cinema zones, and created merchandise for a shopping center promo-personnel. From technical setup to applying festival branding, we fully organized both cinema areas. This included everything from posters and seating cushions for the audience to control bracelets and staff uniforms, all designed and managed in-house.
-
2. Ensured the legal screening of movies for the full two-week event. We secured the necessary licenses to legally screen a selection of popular films and cartoons throughout the two-week event. We worked directly with copyright holders to ensure all screenings were fully authorized for our audience.
-
3. Organized concert zones and managed live broadcast production, coordinating with artists and overseeing the setup of the performance area. We handled the technical setup and ensured medical support was on standby. We also organized performances by popular Kazakh groups Moldanazar and ABDR. Additionally, our team coordinated live broadcasting on the shopping center's screens and Instagram account.
Result
While the ADP Vibe Fest was previously managed by Abu Dhabi Plaza employees, this time the agency took full responsibility for organizing the entire event. We exceeded our attendance targets for the shopping center, reaffirming that executing large-scale projects abroad is one of our key strengths and a true passion.
