What we did
1. We held a business game that included elements of a strategic session. This allowed employees to familiarize themselves with the company's values, outline future plans, and discuss key issues of interest.
2. Then, we organized a race in the desert: teams of employees crafted racing cars from improvised materials and launched them right on the sand.

4. By the end of the event, we spent dinner celebrating Tabby team traditions from around the world—singing around the fire and roasting marshmallows on the stake.
Result
Employees embraced the company's vibe, quickly adjusted to working in a new city, and had the chance to get acquainted with each other on a deeper level.
