The Perfect Setting
On a hot summer day, comfort was everything. We chose a venue with a spacious pool, creating a resort-style atmosphere filled with inflatable flamingos, bright rings, and all the carefree summer vibes.
To make sure every guest found something they loved, we designed several experience zones — from a bar and karaoke corner to a glitter station and a series of creative workshops. The layout encouraged people to mingle, explore, and enjoy the day at their own pace.

Hands-On Fun
We wanted every moment to feel engaging and memorable. The day’s lineup included a tote-bag painting workshop, a non-alcoholic cocktail class so popular we had to run it twice, and even a thrilling watermelon-cutting battle.
Music lovers joined a game of musical charades, while others dove into board games, glitter makeup, or karaoke. By evening, the entire space was glowing — literally and figuratively — with good energy.

Meaningful Memories
Guests didn’t just take home hand-painted totes — they also left a piece of themselves on our “Wish Wall.” Throughout the day, teammates pinned cards with their goals and dreams for the year ahead. The wall now lives in the office, serving as a daily reminder of their shared ambitions.
To close the evening, each guest received a personalized dessert and a candle to blow out — a simple, heartfelt ritual to mark wishes and new beginnings.
