Tasks
1. Celebrate the company's 12th anniversary and express gratitude to everyone who has contributed to Skyeng's growth and success. Showcase the brand's openness and inclusive culture by inviting not only current team members but also former employees to join the celebration.

2. Strengthen the company's HR brand by inviting 12 individuals who have no prior knowledge of the Skyeng school. (It was a challenging task, but we managed to make it happen!)"
What we did
We ran a marketing campaign leading up to the event, printing hundreds of magazines and newspapers to celebrate the company's 12th anniversary. These were placed in the trendiest spots around the city—places where the target audience of Skyeng hangs out a lot. Locations like Zotman Pizza, Yuh Bar, and restaurants like Radio and Blanc were among our prime targets. It was impossible to remain unnoticed! We also partnered with Vinzavod, ARTPLAY, and Chistye Prudy (Clean Ponds) to broaden our reach.

In addition to raising awareness about the upcoming celebration, we used QR codes in the newspapers to find 12 people who had never heard of Skyeng and invited them to join the party.

At the event, we surprised employees with custom gifts, including interior pieces designed by Eburet Studio (what a collaboration!), commemorative plates reading 'Skyeng – the capital of my heart,' brakes made from repurposed materials, and, of course, the very magazines and newspapers that started it all."
  • The Party Itself

It was magical. To truly capture the vibe, you'll need to check out the video—it says it all. The celebration had a distinct English flair. How romantic! Oddly enough, this theme had never been explored at any of the company's previous events. We decided to blend classic English style with punk culture. Why not, right?
  • We hosted the party at the Blanc restaurant, and it was an absolute success. However, what made it special was how we zoned the space and carefully managed the activities and interactions. Each zone had its unique character, and guests were greeted by professional actors in every area.
  • At the entrance, an English butler welcomed guests, while a punk girl set the tone in the Punk room. In the Detective zone, Sherlock himself guided visitors through a thrilling investigation, where they could solve a crime by applying their powers of deduction. There was also a sailor-turned-bartender hosting a stand-up comedy session in an English pub zone. The night was filled with activities—something was happening everywhere, and guests were free to wander and enjoy it all.
  • To add a bit of structure, we mapped the event like different areas of London, given the many zones and the British theme. We even created a guide to help participants navigate the space. Throughout the evening, the voice of a butler kept everyone on track, guiding them through the activities and ensuring no one missed out on any of the fun.
  • As Skyeng team is actively growing its sports initiatives, we couldn't ignore this fact and supported the Skyeng Sports Club by organizing a dedicated sports zone. There, guests could test their strength, lift weights, and hold planks—because a true gentleman masters both his word and the bar. The event featured a variety of exciting activities, including a London Eye Ferris wheel, a thrilling sea battle, and even a shooting range set up in a bar. We were also thrilled to have Antokha MC as a special guest. He turned up the energy with a full-on music party, making us dance the night away!
