What we did
1. Found a hotel that could be fully booked out just for the event – within budget
2. Created a light, thoughtful, creative concept without overcomplicating

Designed engaging, original activities for all ages:
- DJ masterclass – the team made a track, and we played it at the final party. Everyone loved it
- T-shirt painting – a fun, hands-on memory to take home
- Body art & accessory workshop – unexpectedly addictive
- Sports zone – the surprise hit? Good old “Gorodki” (Russian lawn game)
- City quest with local actors – light storytelling + a bit of exploration
- Gala dinner overlooking the Aegean Sea at Marriott – with beautiful decor, top-tier service, and a touch of magic
