Q-party: Jungle Adventure for Qvant

The summer event for Qvant was a team building activity for all departments of the IT company: support, analytics, development, testers, project management, administration and IT business partners. We went to a country hotel so that the company, which had recently spun off from a bigger one, could spend time with the team and figure out its own corporate culture, celebrate growth and success, and introduce everyone to the newcomers. In addition, everyone just wanted to relax and unwind on their own holiday. Say no more! we said and went to do a jungle adventure!
You may ask why jungle. The theme was connected with the summer atmosphere, the weather in July this year was quite warm and rainy, – and in general with the desire to see something fresh and completely new in the concept of the event.
To make sure that newcomers to the team no longer feel like newbies, we involved them in general interaction with everyone. Goldberg's machine copes well with this task: to start a chain reaction, you need to go through all the stations and complete logic and dexterity tasks. When a chain reaction begins, the company flag goes up!
We invited a tarot reader who made very accurate predictions for this and subsequent days (everything will be fine, 100% info). We prepared cocktails with IT names, sang and danced, played giant Jenga and 3D tennis, held an interactive quiz, and took a million photos.
And we were once again convinced that we love to surprise those who have already seen everything.
